At Paatra, we take special care while packing and handling our products. Since many of our items are fragile in nature, we do not accept general returns. However, we are always here to help if something arrives damaged or incorrect. That said, your trust and satisfaction are very important to us.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or
  • Different from what you ordered

Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@paatraliving.com along with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Your order number

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on product availability and the issue

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days

Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Small differences in color, texture, or finish caused by lighting or the handcrafted nature of products are not considered defects.
